WEEKLY RENTALS ONLY

FRIDAY TO THURSDAY - 6 NIGHTS

 

1-2 Adults - $1600 per week

3-4 Adults - $1700 per week

5-6 Adults - $1800 per week

Children 15 and under are free.

 

OFF SEASON RATES

MAY 17TH - JUNE 26TH

SEPT 5TH - DEC 31ST.

 

WEEKENDS FRI- SUN - 2 NIGHT MINIMUM 

3 NIGHT MINIMUM ON LONG WEEKENDS

1-2 Adults - 200.00  per night

3-4 Adults - $225.00 per night

5-6 Adults-  $250.00 per night

Children 15 and under are free.

 

WEEKDAY - SUN - THURS - 2 NIGHT MINIMUM

1-2 Adults -$185.00 per night

3-4 Adults - $200.00 per night 

5-6 Adults - $215.00 per night

Children 15 and under are free.

 

DEPOSIT POLICY             

​

A deposit of 50% of the rental rate is required when booking.  Deposits are accepted by Credit Card or e-transfer.  

​

BALANCE POLICY

​

The balance is due at check-in.  The balance can be paid by a credit card or Interac at check-in.

​

CANCELLATION POLICY      

​

** OFF SEASON CANCELLATION POLICY**        

​

Cancellations received 14 days or more before check-in, deposit refunded, less $50.00 service charge.

​

Cancellation received between 14 days, and 48 hours before check-in, deposit is forfeited.

​

Cancellation received up to 48 hours before check-in or no-show, remainder of reservation charged to the credit card on file.

​

Days lost through late arrival or early departure will NOT be refunded.

​

** IN - SEASON CANCELLATION POLICY **

​

Cancellation received between 30 days – 7 days before check-in, deposit is forfeited.

​

Cancellation received within 7 days of check-in or no show, remainder of reservation charged to the credit card on file.

​

We advise all guests to purchase or check their travel insurance for cancellation insurance.

​

Days lost through late arrival or early departure will NOT be refunded.

​

VISITOR POLICY

 

No Overnight visitors are allowed. Day visitors will be limited to one family or group (up to 4 persons) at a time.

 

Visitors may arrive after 10 am and must vacate by 9 pm.

 

Visitors are required to report to the office and their vehicle must be parked out front of office. 

​

PET POLICY 

             

There is an additional $50.00 charge for pets.

 

Pets must be supervised at all times and must not be left alone in the cabin, unless inside a kennel.

​

Pets must stay off of the beds, couches and/or furniture. 

​

Pets are not permitted in the shower.  

​

Do not let your dog bark excessively inside or out of the cabins.

 

You must clean up after your pet inside and outside the cabin, please bring your own "do0-doo" bags.​

​

Renters may be subject to additional charges for any damage or additional clean up that is required due to your pet.​

Management reserves the right to amend policies  to ensure the safe operation of the resort facilities.
